Motion balance chair assembly

In the package you will receive 15 chair parts and 2 plastic bags.

One plastic bag contains 23 flat head screws M6 and barrel nuts. The other - tools and 8 flat head screws M8, flange nuts and Nyloc nuts (blue nylon).

First steps

Take all the M8 flat head screws and 8 flange nuts.

Insert screws into the countersunk holes on the swing arms and side panels. Tighten securely.

Here's a helpful tip: avoid assembling the chair on the floor. I've tried it before, and it's incredibly uncomfortable. Instead, try assembling it on a table or any elevated surface to make the process much more comfortable and efficient.

  • To the both side panels insert flat head screws into countersink holes and tighten flange nuts (those without blue nylon).

  • Do the same to 4 swing arms.

  • Tighten securely.

Base assembly

Connect both U-shape panels and the crossbar.

  • Ensure smooth screwing of the flat head screws and barrel nuts, and avoid pressing to prevent damage to the threads.

  • You will need 4 screws M6 and barrel nuts.

  • Base part is ready and can be put aside for a while.

Seat frame

To assemble the seat frame you will need 7 flat head screws and barrel nuts.

  • ⚠️ Important: Make sure the bearings on the seat side panels face outward. This is necessary to correctly insert the swing arm screws later.

  • Join the side panels with the crossbar. Connect the parts loosely at first — don’t fully tighten the screws yet.

  • Place the seating surface onto the side panels. Once everything fits together properly, tighten all the screws.

Swing arms

Take 4 already prepared swing arms and attach them to the seat frame using only Nyloc.

  • Insert a swing arm screw through the bearing on the side panel from outside. Fasten it with Nyloc nut securely.

  • Add the crossbar to the swing arm.

  • Add the other swing arm and repeat all on the opposite side.

Final assembly

Hang the seat frame on the already prepared base and tighten the Nyloc nuts.

  • Add the side panels to the swing arms from both sides. Fasten Nyloc nuts. The Upper part is ready.

  • Now connect the upper part to the base part. se tle las 8 screws and barrel nuts to connect both parts.

  • The upper part must swing smoothly. It is done!
